摘要
以低品位赤铁矿、盐酸、硫酸和硅酸钠为原料,制备了聚硅氯化硫酸铁(PSFCS)混凝剂,对合成过程及工艺条件进行了研究。通过正交实验考查了混合酸的温度及浓度、浸出时间和液固比对铁浸出率的影响。并讨论了硅酸活化pH值、硅酸活化时间、Fe/S i摩尔比、陈化时间等因素对合成产物PSFCS的絮凝性能的影响。结果表明,PSFCS絮凝性能良好,能有效去除印染废水中的浊度和CODC r,最高去除率分别为95.5%和80.2%。
Low-grade hematite, hydrochloric acid, sulphuric acid and sodium silicate were used to prepare poly-silicic ferric chloride sulfate (PSFCS). The influence of processing parameters on the iron lixiviate rate, such as the temperature and concentration of the mixed acid, the leaching time, and the liquid-to-solid ratio, was studied by orthogonal experiment. Further, the effect of some factors on the flocculation property of the as-prepared PSFCS, including the pH value and time for silicic acid activation, the molar ratio of Fe-to-Si, and the aging time, was investigated, and the result indicates that PSFCS behaves excellent flocculation performance, as it can decrease effectively the turbidity and CODcr of the dyeing wastewater by 95.5% and 80.2%, respectively.
