我国有色金属矿产资源安全现状及对策

Safety Status of the Non-ferrous Metal Resources and Development Countermeasures in China

针对我国常用有色金属矿产资源供需矛盾和对外依存度越来越高的问题,提出了提高我国有色金属资源安全应采取的对策,即加强矿产资源的保护力度;加大矿产资源勘探投入;提高科技水平和自主创新能力,提高有色金属矿产资源和再生资源综合利用率;积极参与海外资源开发、建设稳定的供应基地等。

Aiming at the imbalance between supply and demand of conventional non-ferrous of higher level of depend- ence on abroad, the countermeasures for increasing safety of the non-ferrous metal resources in China are put forward. The countermeasures consist of strengthening the protection for mineral resources, increasing the input in mineral resources exploration, increasing the technique level and innovation capability independently, increasing the comprehensive utilization ratio of non-ferrous metal resources and regenerated resources, actively participating the resources development abroad and building stable supply base.
