摘要
针对双冗余DDV阀设计方案在汽轮机低压全电调控制系统中的应用,从整个系统设计的基本原理、构成出发,结合对关键部套——双冗余DDV阀组、油动机等的油路特性进行理论计算和分析,充分论证了这种新型低压电调控制方式的可行性和可靠性,并通过成功完成马来西亚古晋电厂1(#50MW)机组的现场改造使该方案得到了验证,为今后汽轮机低压电调系统的设计创建了一种全新的方案。
Aiming at dual redundant DDV valve design for low pressure DEH system of steam turbine, this paper makes the theoretic calculation and analysis based on basic design principle and makeup of whole system combining with the characteristics of oil path for key parts including dual redundant DDV valve block and servomotors, which can provide full proof for the feasibility and reliability of this new method for digital electric hydraulic control under low pressure. The above method is also proved through the stlccessful completion of site reconstruction project of unit 1^# of Kuching power plant in Malaysia, creating a new situation for DEH system design of steam turbine.
