A system based on LabVIEW for monitoring and diagnosing mechanical equipments is put forward, the principles of this system are described in detail, the hardware structure and application function modules of this system are given, and the program examples for the vibration and temperature testing are brought forward finally. This system is simple and easy to use, with higher detecting efficiency and flexibility. Multiple parameters can be tested sinmltaneously. So the monitoring and diagnosis are brought to a much higher level than before.
