The actuality in the platform of uncorked car loading was introduced in this paper. It was analyzed that the influence of the oil gas volatilization to environment and to the quality of the products; the effects, the significance and the necessity for the application of the oil gas recovery equipment, the problems in which to be improved. The recovery not only can bring down environmental pollution but also create great benefits
