介绍了硫磺包装线码垛机升降分层变频器的控制过程,对变频器的故障原因进行了分析并指出了日常维护应注意的事项。采取调整变频器参数设置、删除并重新输入参数的措施后,消除了故障,确保了码垛机的平稳运行。
The control process of hierarchical transducer in stack machine for sulphur packed line was introduced, failure reason of the transducer to be analyzed and the items should be paid attention to in normal maintenance explained. In order to ensure the stable operation of the machine and breakdown avoided, the operation parameters of transducer were adjusted, deleted and re-input.
