摘要 介绍了聚合物驱油技术在孤东油田的工业化应用情况。通过采取高浓度、大段塞注入聚合物,简化工艺流程.优化聚合物配制站和注入站的布局等一系列措施,增油效果显著。到2006年底,采用该技术的区块累积增油量达23.47Gt.采收率提高5.24%,年增油量由1995年的5kt上升到2006年的366kt。随着各项配套技术的完善.聚合物驱油技术已成为保持孤东油田持续稳产的重要技术手段。 The commercial application of polymer flooding technology used in Gudong oilfield, was introduced in this paper. In order to get obvious result in increase of crude oil output, it was taken that the high concentration polymer was injected with slug, the process simplified, and layout of the polymer preparation stations, injection stations optimized. To the end of 2006, accumulated increase of crude oil output was 23.47 Gt, rate of the oil recovery improved by 5.24%, the increase of crude oil output in every year from 5 kt in 1995 risen to 366 kt in 2006 with in use of the measures. The polymer flooding technology has become continued to maintain a stable yield important technological means in Gudong oilfield with improvement of the supporting technology.
