本文探讨了在POY纺丝线改造成TCS生产线时对干燥系统、纺丝设备及公用工程的要求。着重介绍了热管形式、卷头提速、导丝盘电机、喷油嘴和分丝辊的选用。

The requirements for drying system,spinning equipment and public utilities in the reformation of POY spinning line into TCS line are discussed in this paper. The selections of thermal channel kinds, winders speed,motors of guide,oil jet and separator roll are introduced emphatically.
