摘要
近年来,随着对党政领导干部心理素质的重视,有关其人格特征方面的研究也日益展开,我们对有关党政领导干部人格特征的研究进行了较为系统的梳理,发现16PF成为党政领导干部人格研究的重要工具,但是不同的研究者得出了截然不同的研究结果,有的甚至相反;参照的常模参差不齐,并且常模制定的时间都已久远。因此建议16PF应用于党政领导干部人格评价时重新修订,并考虑制定新的常模。
In recent years, along with psychological quality of Party and governmental cadros researches concerned its personality characteristic have been launched, we have a comprehensive analysis of cases, the results shows that 16PF becomes a main tool to assess their personality, but difl'eront researcher has obtained the entirely different findings, some are even opposite; and the norms were referred were old. So a proposal is provided that when16PF is used to assess personality of Party and governmental cadres, it needs to be revised and formulated new norm
