摘要
绩效管理是人力资源管理的一个重要职能,在促进组织目标实现的过程中绩效管理发挥着越来越大的作用。但对于绩效管理,在理论认识及实践领域中都还存在一些误区,需要我们对其进行正确的理解和应用。
Performance management is one of the important functions of human resource management, and it exerts more important influence during the process of promoting the effect of organization object. But there are some error concept for performance management in theory and practice, we need to understand and apply it fight.
