摘要
职业性是美国法律教育的显著特征,其突出表现在法学教育的目标与功能、法律教育的内容与方法、法律教育的评估体系等方面。律师阶层在社会生活中的重要地位和作用是形成职业性法律教育的重要因素。律师阶层通过提高法律职业标准、规范法律教学,来不断强化法律教育的职业性特征。
Professionalism is one notable feature of American legal education. It is shown in the goal and function, the contents and methods, the assessment system of legal education. Lawyers play an important role in American social life and legal education. By raising standards of the legal profession, regulating legal education, lawyers continuously strengthen the professionalism of American legal education.
