摘要
基于负反馈原理和宽带匹配技术,采用微波电路CAD软件设计了一个超宽带低噪声放大器,将矩量仿真法与S参数电路仿真法相结合,形成一种联合仿真法。经由这种联合仿真法进行仿真并得出仿真数据。基于矩量法的全局电磁场仿真方法能够得到与实际更相符的结果。
An uhra-wideband low noise amplifier is designed by microwave circuit software based on negative feedback principle and wide band impedance matching method, then the Momentum and the S parameter circuit simulator are combined into a new co-simulation method. By this way, the simulation data has received. The simulation results illustrate the application and the effectivity of this method.
