摘要
通过肉桂油在臭氧氧化作用下生成苯甲醛的反应,研究了肉桂油的反应过程和反应传质问题,并探讨了反应物浓度随反应时间的变化关系,为肉桂油的深度加工进行中试和工业化生产提供了理论依据。
Reaction mechanism and mass transfer in the preparation of benzaldehyde from cinnamon oil with ozone were studied.Relationship between concentration of reactants and reaction time was also investigated.The work provided a theoretical basis for pilot study and industrial production.
