辨证分型治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎60例临床观察

Syndrome differentiation groups for atrophic gastritis:an observation of 60 cases

目的观察辨证分型治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的临床疗效。方法将120例CAG患者随机分为2组,治疗组60例采取辨证施治;对照组60例予口服胶体果胶铋、多潘立酮治疗。2组均服药2月后观察疗效。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为93.3%、76.7%,2组差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论中医中药辨证治疗CAG疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of syndrome differentiation groups for atrophic gastritis. Methods 120 cases patients of atrophic gastritis were divided into 2 groups,60 cases in treating group were treated by syndrome differentiation groups, 60 eases in control group were taken colloidal pectine and domperidon. Observed the curative effects of 2 groups after 2 months. Results The total rate of treating group and control group were 93.3% and 76.7%, there was difference in 2 groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion There was obviously curative effect that syndrome differentiation groups of TCM treating atrophic gastritis.
