基于PCB技术的微型PEMFC的研究

摘要 采用印刷电路板(PCB)技术研制了微型质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC),峰值功率密度为115 mW/cm2。无水热管理系统、室温常压下运行172 h,电池的性能稳定,电压波动范围仅约0.02 V。采用改进后的准双极结构组装了由6只单体电池组成的电池组,峰值功率为671 mW。 Micro-proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC) was developed on printed-circuit board (PCB) technology, its maximum power density was 115 mW/cm^2. The performance of the cell was stable and the voltage fluctuation range was only about 0.02 V during the running for 172 h at room temperature and normal pressure without water and thermal management systems. The cell stack composed of 6 single cells was assembled using improved pseudo-bipolar structure,its maximum power was 671 mW.
