The Design and Implementation of City Public Security Dynamic Monitoring System

我国城市化的进程越来越快,在经济较为发达的沿海地区和主要的大、中城市里,伴随着流动人口的大量涌入,就业与容纳能力的限制,贫富差异的加剧等各类社会矛盾不断上升,造成各地在城市化的进程中出现交通、治安、人口管理、流行病控制和重点区域防范、处置紧急突发事件等大量新的城市管理问题。原有的城市管理办法已经落后,必须采用新的方法对城市化的进程进行综合性的分析和管理,运用现代电子技术、信息技术的发展,新的城市治安动态监控系统已成为城市化社会管理的重要工具之一。初步探讨了城市治安动态监控系统的设计与实现,并对未来发展趋势作出预测。

China＇s urbanization process is going faster and faster in the developed coastal areas and the main large or medium - sized cities, along with the social contradictions like the massive influx of floating population, the restriction of the employment and constraints ＇ capacity, the aggravated differences between the rich and the poor have continued to rise, cause many new urban management issues in the process of several cities＇ urbanization ,such as transportation, law and order, population management, epidemic control and prevention in key areas, handling emergency incidents. The original urban management practices has lagged behind, we must adopt a new approach to comprehensive analysis and manage the urbanization process, use of modern electronic technology and the development of information technology, the new city public security dynamic monitoring system has become one of the important tools of social management cities. This paper discussed the city＇s public security dynamic monitoring system design and implementation, and future development trends to make predictions.
