碳纳米管/废胶粉复合材料的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过机械混合方法将碳纳米管与废胶粉制备复合材料。结果表明:随着搅拌时间的变化,阻尼性能在搅拌10 min时,出现一个最大值;复合材料内部出现了碳纳米管的富集区域和碳纳米管较少的区域,搅拌10min时界面结合相对较好;随着碳纳米管质量的增加,废胶粉复合材料的阻尼性能逐渐减小,拉伸强度则呈现和阻尼性能相抵触的规律。 The characteristics of waste rubber composites ,which are prepared by mechanical mixing, tilled with carbon nanotubes(CNTs)were studied. The results show that:when the stirring time was 10 min,the damping properties emergent a maximum;In the waste rubber composites prepared by mixing,CNTs aggregated in some areas, the interface relatively was better, 10 min mixing. With the increase of carbon nanotubes, the damping properties of the composites decreased, tensile strength and damping properties revealed in contravention.
