增进活性染料的固色率和染色牢度途径分析

Analyzed on the Ways of Improving Color Fixing Rate and Dyeing Color Fastness of Reactive Dyes

活性染料色泽鲜艳色谱广,染色工艺简单适应性强,是近年来发展最快的一种环保型染料。但活性染料固色率不是很高,染色牢度也不是很好,这些影响了活性染料的应用。从染色机理和染色工艺等方面分析了活性染料固色率和染色牢度不理想的原因,探讨了提高活性染料固色率和染色牢度的一些方法和途径。

The reactive dye is a type of environmental protection dye which developed quickly in recent years. Although reactive dyes have many advantages such as bright in color and broad in color spectrum, and the dying process is very simple and the adaptability is very broad, but the color fixing rate of reactive dyes is not very high and the dyeing color fastness is not very good. In this paper the authors analyzed the reasons from mechanism and technique of dyeing and approached a subject of improving the color fixing rate and dyeing color fastness from different angles.
