摘要 PCR技术是一种选择性体外扩增DNA或RNA片段的方法,其反应原理与细胞内的DNA复制相似。由于PCR本身具有的简便、快速、灵敏、特异性强等优点,使其广泛应用于水体、土壤、大气等环境监测领域,大大提高了监测水平。 PCR technique is a method that combines special DNA or RNA parts out of the living beings. Its basic theory is similar with the DNA copy in living beings. PCR technique has the character of simple, rapid, accurate,and strong peculiarity, which can be widely used in environmental poilution monitoring of water, air and soil. PCR technique also improves the environmental monitoring.
