摘要
结合江西必高生物质能有限公司的生物质流化床气化装置运行参数的变化情况,分析了生物质流化床气化炉的结焦状况与原因,得出了影响生物流化床气化过程中结焦的因素,提出了防止结焦的对策。
combining the parameter change of gasification when it was agglomeration ,the status of agglomeration and reasons are analyzed in fluidized bed. Agglomeration and defluidization behaviors often occur in the fluidized bed gasification, the phenomenon of agglomeration and its various influencing factors, when it was agglomeration are also presented. Based on analysis of present studies, some advice on the control the gasification are put forward.
