介绍了一些新型焊膏印刷技术,诸如双轨印刷、印刷与检测并行、封闭挤压式印刷头(ProFlow)、焊膏喷涂等,突出节省时间、节省焊膏、节省模板、操作简单、绿色电子等主要优点。
The paper discusses some new future stencilprinting technology,such as the double-tracked printing system,printing and detection parallel system,closed extrusion printing,solder paste jet coating sysytem and so on .It highlights the advantages of tine saving ,less solder paste consumption,saving stencil,simple operation and environment friendly.
