摘要
为了测定高强螺栓连接构件摩擦面的抗滑移系数,可以先在扭转试验机上通过扭矩来施拧,然后在拉伸试验机上进行测定.而在本试验中采用了传感器技术,通过制作力传感器对M24号螺栓试件进行了测定.试验主要分为2个部分,一部分是传感器的制作,包括贴片、标定及性能测试;另一部分是用自制的传感器测量摩擦型高强螺栓的抗滑移系数.
To determine the anti - slip coefficient of the high - strength bolt which connects components of friction surface, it is screwed and determined by torsion and tensile testing machines respectively. Sensor technology is adopted to test M24 bolt specimens. The first part in the test is production of the force sensor, including the patch, calibration and performance testing. The other part is the determining of the anti - slip coefficient of the frictional high - strength bolt with the sensor.
