摘要
研究了影响丹参悬浮细胞生长及水溶性酚酸生物合成的因素,包括激素、碳源及基本培养基等.结果表明:MS+2,4-D 0.5 mg/L有利于丹参悬浮细胞的生长,6,7-V+2,4-D0.5 mg/L有利于丹参悬浮细胞水溶性酚酸的合成;丹参细胞能有效地利用蔗糖并得到较高的丹参酚酸产量;丹参悬浮细胞的生长周期约为18 d,在16 d时收获细胞可得到最高的生物量和丹参酚酸含量.
The effects of several factors (hormones, carbon sources and different culture media) on growth and production of depsides in suspension cell culture of salvia miltiorrhiza are investigated in this paper. It is indicated through the results that the optimized medium for suspension cells growth is MS + 2,4 - D 0.5 rag/L, and for accumulation of depsides is 6, 7 - V + 2,4 - D 0. 5 mg/L. For both suspension cells growth and accumulation of depsides, sucrose is proved to be the most suitable carbon source. The cell growth period is approximately 18 -days long, and it arrives at the peak point of both biomass and depsides content by the time of 16 days.
