树脂锚固剂性能及其在封孔应用中的实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 针对树脂锚固剂用于高压注水封孔时由于膨胀性差而很难达到对高压水的封堵效果的问题,为增加其膨胀性,提高封孔效果,通过对影响树脂锚固剂作用机理进行分析,选择添加剂改变或控制共聚物的组成来改善树脂锚固剂的性能并进行了实验室的模拟实验和现场试验。实验表明:在树脂锚固剂中添加多元醇聚醚剂,可提高树脂锚固剂的膨胀性能,可获得较好的封孔效果,对提高注水效果有重要的实用价值。 In view of the problem that resin coagulant can't obtain the best effect for sealing the high pressed water because of bad distansibility in local high pressed affusion and sealing holes. In order to increase the distansibility and improve the effect of sealing holes, the writer analyses the mechanism of action of resin coagulant, chooses the additives to change or control the composition of copolymer to improve the performance of resin coagulant and makes some simulations and local experimentation for improving the capability. The experimentation indicates that appending more multialcoholic polyaether can improve its capability and gain better effect of sealing holes. It has significant utility value for enhancing the affusion effect.
