摘要
针对铁路道口安全性问题,应用系统工程理论、远程控制理论及网络技术,在互联网络平台上,建立了基于GIS的铁路道口安全控制系统,以及时提供准确的安全管理及救援信息,实现集中管理和监控分散的道口,设计了系统的目标、功能模块组成、实现方法。实践表明,应用该系统可提高铁路道口安全管理水平,实现铁路道口安全管理与控制的信息化和自动化。
In view of the safety problems of railway crossings, the railway crossings safety management & control system is developed based on GIS through the intemet, by using the system engineering theory, remote control theory and computer network technology, in order to precisely collect the information of railway crossings for management and rescue in time, and to centralize the management, and control of the dispersive railway crossings. The paper designs the system object, functional module and introduces the development methods. Practice shows that the safety management level of railway crossings has been increased and the informationzation and automation of railway crossing management and control is realized used the system.
