摘要
文章详细介绍了利用铅冶炼烟尘生产纳米氧化锌并富集铟的生产实践。在分析了铅冶炼过程中金属铟的走向与分布的基础上,提出以鼓风炉渣烟化后的氧化锌烟灰和反射炉烟灰作为主要原料生产纳米氧化锌和富集铟;该工艺过程主要包括硫酸浸出、一段净化、二段净化、制备前驱体和生产纳米氧化锌等几个工序,不仅可以直接制备合格的纳米氧化锌产品,而且可以产出铟含量为1%左右的富铟渣。
In this paper, the practice of producing nanometer zincite and concentrating indium from the dust of smelting lead was introduced in detail. On the basis of analysis of the distribution about indium in the process of smelting lead,it is shown that the zincite dust from the blast furnace smelting process is the main raw material for extracting indium. The process includes many procedures, such as leaching by sulfuric acid, one stage purification, two stage purification, synthesizing precursor and producing nanometer zincite. The process have been put into operation. In this process, the product of nanometer zincite can be synthesized directly, with indium- enriched residue being obtained.
