摘要
樱桃坏死环斑病毒是我国法定检疫的二类危险性植物病毒.近年来研究发现该病毒对我国樱桃的侵染日趋严重,危及其产业.而且目前对该病毒防治的许多生物学理论和技术尚未明确.本文就该病毒的流行病学、致病分子机理、基因组学、蛋白组学、病毒分子检测及防治等方面进行系统综述,分析了国内外对PNRSV分子生物学的研究进展及应用,提出了我国今后的研究方向.
PNRSV is the second class pest which is in the list of quarantine pests in China. Recently it is found that the cherry is infected by Prunnus necrotic ringspot virus more and more seriously. Furthermore many problems on biological theory and technology of PNRSV have not be solved. In this paper, the epidemiology, molecular patho- genesis , genome structure, structure and function of proteins ,detection and controlling of PNRSV are presented. The advance of PNRSV is analyzed at home and abroad. The prospect and research direction of PNRSV are also proposed in this paper.
