摘要 Roger.D.Traub和J.Stallings分别提出了关于无限群的两个代数猜想,这两个猜想后来均已被证明与宠加莱猜想是等价的.本文作者主要运用无限群与几何拓扑的联系来直接证明猜想1蕴含着猜想2. Two conjectures on infinite groups stated respectively by Roger. D. Traub and J. Stallings have already been shown to be equivalent to Poincaré＇s Conjecture. In this paper the author mainly use the connection between infinite groups and topology to show that conjecture 2 is directly implied by conjecture 1.
