老年抑郁症及其药物治疗进展

Gerontism Depression and Advancement of Drug Treatment

目的阐述老年抑郁症的发病机理及其目前的药物治疗进展。方法查阅分析和归纳近年来国内外相关文献。结果与结论老年抑郁症具有病因复杂、不易被察觉和并发症多等特点,可针对患者特点选取不同的药物治疗,要遵从从低剂量开始缓慢加至常规治疗量和长期治疗以预防复发的治疗原则。

Objective To explain the mechanism of gerontism depression and advancement of drug treatment. Methods Refering to domestic and foreign pertinent literature in recent years, the analysis and induction were performed. Results and Conclusion Gerontism depression has the features such as complex causes, not easy to detect and many complications. So, according to the different patients, the different drugs should be selected. Increasing slowly to common curative dosage from the begining of low dosage and keeping long- term treatment is the therapeutic principle for protection agninst recurrence.
