摘要
目的测定野生狭叶柴胡根、茎、叶的柴胡皂苷a含量。方法采用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法,色谱柱为Symmetry Shield RP C18柱(150mm×39mm,5μm),以乙腈-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为210nm。结果野生狭叶柴胡根、茎、叶中均含有柴胡皂苷a,根的含量最大,茎次之,叶最少。结论可以考虑扩大野生狭叶柴胡的药用部位,以提高其资源利用率。
Objective To determine the content of saikosaponin a in the Wild Bupleurum scorzonerifolium's roots, stems and leaves. Methods An optimal RP- HPLC method was set up. The sample was separated by C18 Symmetry shield RP18 column with acetonitrile- water as the mobile phase in a gradient elution,and detected with DAD 210 nm. Results There was saikosaponin a in the Bupleurum scorzonerifolium's roots, stems and leaves;the content of saikosaponin a in the roots was more than that in the stems and leaves, the content was least in the leaves. Conclusion The Wild Bupleurum scorzonerifolium's stems and leaves can be exploited in order to enhance the resource utilization of the wild Bupleurum scorzonerifolium.
