摘要
WTZ-100S钻机是适用于松软地层的一种钻井设备,不能在砾石区钻井。本文阐述了通过增加充压水罐、挡块,改造钻杆,加固动力头,使用定心套、垫叉和双层垫叉、下接头等措施将WTZ-100S钻机改造成能用于砾石区钻井的方法,并介绍了合理的钻井工艺和根据实际情况选用不同钻具的方法。改造后的WTZ-100S钻机在砾石区的钻井成功率得到了大大的提高。
The WTZ-100S rig is a kind of drilling equipment suitable for working in loose and soft layer, but can＇t drill in the gravel region. The paper introduces the methods modifying the WTZ-100S rig,which made the rig can work in gravel area, and introduced the reasonable drilling technology and selecting different drilling tools according to practical situations. The drilling success ratio by modified WTZ-100S rig has been greatly improved in gravel area.
