So it is possible to realize remote quality control of field-acquired data, even remote data processing and interpretation in-site. The paper introduced the feature of 428XL system, expounded the method of linking spread and setting numeric parameters according to the practical situation of area and carried out analysis and give solved methods in view of issues appearing in production of 428XL, such as tested results are beyond showing limitation, separate unit can＇t be identified by system, leaks may exist in test window when geophone is incline and in program of draw head parameter setting window.
