Ⅲ区热拉伸后的PET纤维超分子结构及动态力学性质

摘要 用简便的Ⅲ区热拉伸工艺取代原有的Ⅱ区热拉伸定长热处理工艺(蒸汽200℃,1小时),可制得高强度、高模量的PET纤维。本文主要叙述用动态力学试验等方法研究上述两种工艺制备的PET纤维的超分子结构及动态力学性质的差异,阐明第Ⅲ区拉伸实质是将Ⅱ区拉伸后的纤维通过狭长形加热板来实现制止分子链折回,使在纤维中形成伸展链的分子结构。 In order to acquire high strength and high modulus PET fibre, the simple methodusing three-zone heat drawing technique has been studied instead of the original two zoneheat drawing and anealing at constant length (200℃, 1 hour). Present work mainly descri-bes to find tne difference between supermolecular structure and dynamic mechanical pro-perties of two kinds of PET fibre prepared respectively by the two above-mentioned me-thods by means of dynamic mechanical test and other methods. In fact, the effect of thethird zone drawing is to inhibit back-folding of molecular chain and to form an extendedmolecular chain structure by moving on the narrow plate of heater.
