单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂联合高压氧治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察单唾液酸四己糖神神经节苷脂(GMI)联合高压氧治疗中重度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的临床疗效。方法将86例中重度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿随机分两组,对照组在基础治疗上用胞二磷胆碱联合高压氧治疗,观察组基础治疗上用GMI联合高压氧进行治疗,比效两组的新生儿神经行为评分(NBNA)及随访1年后智能发育商(QD)的变化。结果观察组NBNA评分、DQ正常率均明显高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论GMI联合高压氧治疗可提高临床疗效,改善预后,减少后遗症。 Objective To investigate the curative effect of ganglioside GMI combined with hyperbaric oxygen on moderate or severe hypoxic-isehemic encephalopathy in neonate. Methods Eighty - six case.s of moderate or severe, neonatal hypoxic - ischemic encephalopathy were divided into observation group and control group. In addition to individualized supportive treatment, patients in control group were treated with citicoline combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy, patients in observation group were treated with ganglioside GMI combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy . The changes of neonatal behavior neurological assessment (NBNA) and one year intellectual development quotient in the two groups were compared, Results NBNA and the normal rate of intellectual development quotient in observation group were obviously higher than those of control group( P 〈0. 05 ), Conclusion Ganglioside GMI combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy may improve clinic curative effect , and reduce incidence of sequelae in neonates with HIE.
