足月妊娠孕龄、分娩方式与母体产科并发症的关系

Relationship among gestational age,delivery modes and complications of term parturients

目的研究足月妊娠的孕龄、分娩方式及母体产科并发症发生率之间的相互关系及影响因素。方法采用回顾性队列研究,把我院分娩的324例足月产妇按孕龄分为足月组、延期组和过期组,对母体产科并发症的发生率和相关因素进行统计学分析。结果过期组剖宫产率和母体产科并发症发生率最高,产后出血量与分娩方式、孕前体质指数、产前腹围、产前宫高、第二产程时间、新生儿体质量存在相关性。结论足月妊娠的孕妇要注意实行计划分娩,防止过度医疗干预,从而降低剖宫产率及母体并发症发生率。

Objective To study the relationship among gestational age, delivery modes and complications of term parturients. Methods A retrospective cohort study was performed on 324 term parturients in this hospital, they were divided into term group, late - term group and postterm group. Complication rate and risk factors were statistically analyzed. Results Cesarean section rate and complication rate of parturients in postterm group were significantly higher than those of other two groups. The amount of postpartum bleeding was related to delivery mode, pre - pregnant body mass index, prenatal abdominal girth, prenatal uterine height, second stage of labor and neonatal weight. Conclusion The application of planned delivery in term parturients and avoidance of exceeding medical interventions are important in decreasing cesarean section rate and complications of term parturients.
