胎头前不均倾13例临床分析

Clinical analyses of anterior asynclitism in thirteen cases

目的探讨头位难产中前不均倾的诊断与处理。方法对2000年6月至2006年6月13例前不均倾位难产合并症进行回顾分析。结果颅内出血1例,宫颈裂伤1例,全部病例均行剖宫产术。结论前不均倾易合并胎膜早破,宫颈裂伤,颅内出血,胎儿窘迫,脐带绕颈,胎盘早剥,一经诊断立即手术结束妊娠。

Objective To discuss the diagnosis and therapeutic measures for anterior asynclitism in head dystocia. Methods The data of complications in 13 cases of anterior asynclitism from June, 2000 to June, 2006 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The complications of this kind of dystocia seen in this series are intracranial hemorrhage （ 1 case） and laceration of cervix uteri （ 1 case）. The proper measure for dealing with above situations is cesarean section. Conclusion The conclusion is that anterior asynclitism will easily lead to occur complications as premature rupture of membranes, laceration of cervix uteri, intracranial hematoma, fetal distress, cord entanglement and placental abruption. It needs timely operation to terminate pregnancy as soon as the diagnosis confirmed.
