摘要
为了尽可能地预防脑外科护理中护患纠纷的发生,必须明确脑外科护患沟通的特点,了解引起护患沟通障碍的因素,并在此基础上思考在脑外科护理中怎样进行良好的护患沟通。加强护患沟通的意识,提高沟通技巧,加强培训,提高素质是有效预防护患纠纷发生的关键。
In order to prevent the dispute in nursing care in department of neurosurgery, we must explicitly realize the characteristics in nurse - patient communication and the factors influencing nurse - patient communication, and the development of good nurse - patient communication for neurosurgical care based on this thinking. We believe that " strengthening of nurse - patient communication, enhancing communication skills, step up training and improving the quality of nursing" are keys for effective prevention of nurse - patient disputes.
