摘要
目的对某石化有限公司8万吨/年苯乙烯装置在生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素进行识别、分析及预评价。方法采用类比法、检查表法、定量分级法和综合分析相结合原则,进行定性、定量评价。结果本项目生产过程中产生的主要职业病危害因素的STEL检测值为:苯0.6—9.4mg/m^2、甲苯1.2—34.0mg/m^2、苯乙烯1.7—17.1mg/m^2、乙苯1.3—12.1mg/m^2、硫酸0、4mg/m^2,氯、二甲苯、一氧化碳、二氧化氮、二氧化硫的检测值均低于标准最低检出限值,噪声测试结果在56.1—94.3dB(A)之间,各种检测结果均符合GBZ1—2002和GBZ2—2002卫生标准要求。结论本项目为职业病危害严重建设项目,生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素是可以预防的,本项目从职业病预防的角度来考虑是可行的。
Objective To identify and analyze occupational risk factors of styrene device in the process of making styrene 80 000 tons each year. Methods The evaluation methods were combined with analogy, checklist, quantitative classification and comprehensive analysis. Results The STEL values of benzene , toluene, styrene, ethylbenzene , sul- phuric acid were 0. 6 - 9. 4, 1.2 - 34. 0, 1.7 - 17. 1,1.3 - 12. 1, 0. 4 mg/m3 ; the values of chlorine, xylene, carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide met the national standards; The noise value was 56. 1 -94. 3 dB (A). All occupational risk factors accorded with the requirement of national standards. Conclusion The project is a serious occupa- tional hazard project. The risk factors existed in the process of production can be prevented. From the view of occupational health, this project is feasible.
