某医院新建放射工作场所职业病危害控制效果评价

Control Effect of Occupational Hazards in New Built Radioactive Workplace of Hospital

目的对某医院医学影像中心新建项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价。方法依据《电离辐射防护与辐射安全基本标准》(GB l8871-2002)及有关标准中的检测方法对工作场所的放射卫生防护设施进行检测,根据检测结果,推断卫生防护设施的防护效果,对建设项目做出相应评价结论。结果放射防护设施效能、辐射安全防护措施和职业健康体检的分析和评价结果符合卫生标准,工程总体职业卫生评价符合卫生标准。根据工作场所监测结果,对放射工作人员的受照剂量进行估算,结果近似为1.1 mSv/a,远低于评价目标值2.0 mSv/a和GB18871-2002《电离辐射防护与辐射源安全基本标准》中的剂量限值20 mSv/a。结论该医院新建放射诊疗工作场所职业病危害控制效果评价的结论符合国家有关标准。

Objective To pre - assess the occupational hazards in the new construction project of mechcal image center in the hospital. Methods According to the related national standards, field investigation and detection were carried out. Results The efficiency of protection facilities , the measures of radiation safeguard, and occupational physical examination accorded with the requirements of national standard. Based on detection results , the exposure dose of radiation worker estimated 1.1 mSv/a, which was lower than national standards. Conclusion The new construction project meets the requirements of national standards.
