摘要
目的识别、评价、控制某动物疫病预防与控制中心建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素。方法采用类比法和定量法等综合分析进行预评价。结果该项目选址及总体布局、生产工艺布局及设备选型、职业病防护设施设计、卫生辅助用室等符合国家有关规定。对类比企业监测结果显示,生产过程中可能产生的各种职业病危害因素的浓度(强度)符合国家卫生标准的要求。类比项目噪声监测6个作业点,合格率为100%;化学毒物HCl、H2SO4、丙酮、NaOH、乙酸乙酯、甲醇、甲苯、ClO2的STEL分别低于0.5,0.13,6.7,0.003,0.27,1.3,1.2,0.12mg/m3;未检出布氏杆菌和A型禽流行性感冒病毒。结论该项目为一般职业病危害的建设项目,生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害是可以预防的,从职业卫生角度分析该项目是可行的。
Objective To identify,evaluate and control the occupational risk factors in the construction project of the center for animal disease prevention and control. Methods Analogy and quantative analysis methods were carried out. Results Contents of the project including selection of sites and overall layout,the layout of technologies and selection of facilities, the layout of occupational disease prevention facilities, and hygienic auxiliary rooms were all up to the standards of the national rules and regulations. The findings of analogizing and monitoring showed that the possible risk factors of occupational diseases from the construction were under the control according to the national hygienic standards. The qualified rate of noise in the six working sites were 100% ; the STELs of HCl, H2SO4, acetone, NaOH, ethyl acetate, methanol, toluene, ClO2 were lower than 0. 5,0. 13,6. 7,0. 003,0. 27,1.3,1.2,0. 12 mg/m^3 ;bruella and avian influenza virus A weren't detected. Conclusion The construction project is common occupational hazards, which possibly existing in the productive process can be prevented. From the view of occupational phyiene,this project is feasible.
