摘要
目的利用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)建立矿泉水中多元素的快速测定方法。方法优化ICP-MS的最佳测定条件,在一次检测中同时测定矿泉水中的Cu、Zn、Cd、Ag、Pb、Ba6种金属元素,并与传统的原子吸收方法比较。结果该方法的检出限为0.0047—0.47μg/L,回收率为93.8%~108.1%。结论该方法准确、快速、简便,线性范围大,灵敏度高,可同时用于矿泉水中多种金属元素的测定,结果满意。
Objective To establish a fast detection method for multi - elements in mineral water by inductively coupled plasma - mass spectrometry( ICP - MS). Methods The detection condition was optimized and 6 metallic elements (Cu, Zn, Cd, Ag, Pb, Ba) in mineral water were simultaneously detected. Results The detection limit was 0. 004 7 - 0. 47 μg/L and recover), rate was 93.8% - 108.1%. Conclusion In comparison with traditional method of atomic absorption, the method is accurate, fast, and convenient with extensive linearity range and high sensitivity. The result is satisfactory.
