实行利率市场化是市场经济的内在要求,但是由于利率市场化的实现需要一定的宏观和微观条件,因此无法在短时间内完成。文章从企业这个利率传导的微观基础角度出发,认为必须通过产权制度的改革将我国的企业真正改造成现代企业,使其拥有真正的自主经营权,创造良好的微观经济基础,成为实现利率市场化的一个重要前提条件。
