摘要
近年来,图书馆的建设越来越快,但在管理方面,许多图书馆仍然停留在传统的管理模式中,使我们图书馆的事业发展受到严重的阻碍。本文试图从企业的管理方法来加以研究,以期得到有关现代化图书馆集约化绩效管理的新理念。
