试论高校非法学专业法学课程教学目标定位及实效提高

On the Orientation of the Teaching Goals and Practical Enhancement of Law Science for Non-Law Majors in College

我国高校非法学专业的学生人数远远超过法学专业的学生。提高非法学专业法学课程的教学质量具有非常重要的意义。本文分析了高校非法学专业法学课程设置情况,认为要重新定位非法学专业法学课程的教学目标,从四个方面提高非法学专业法学课程的教学质量。

Non -law major students are far more than those in law science. Therefore it is very important to improve the teaching quality of law science for non-law majors. The paper reorientates the teaching goals of non-law courses, analyzes the curriculum establishment of non-law science majors, and gives advice on how to improve the teaching quality from four aspects.
