焦家金矿充填物料的颗粒级配优选研究 被引量:8

摘要 本文通过试验,研究了焦家金矿尾砂的粒级分布规律,分析了尾砂周结材料充填料浆的级配与流动性的关系、尾砂堆积率与溢流尾砂含量关系、最大堆积率与浆体流动性的关系及充填料浆级配与充填体强度的关系。充填物料堆积率越大,浆体的坍落度越大,流动性就越好。研究发现,焦家金矿分级尾砂细粒级尾砂的最佳含量在30%左右,料浆的充填浓度最好介于70%~75%之间,一般现场选用70%左右的料浆浓度。在尾砂固结剂与溢流尾砂含量之和在25%~30%时,统一配比浓度条件下试件强度最大,因此焦家金矿选择料浆浓度为68%,分级尾砂:溢流尾砂:尾砂周结剂体积比为70:20:10或70:15:15比较适宜。 Through the laboratory study of the granula grade distribution in mill tailings of Jiaojia gold mine, this paper analyzes the relationship of content ratio of classified demarcation tailings with jointing material and the fluidity of fill material, the relationship of the accumulation ratio of mill railings and the content of overfall railings, the relationship of maximum accumulation rate and the filling pulp fluidity, and the relationship of fill material granula grade ratio and the strength of filled- body. With higher fill material accumulating rate, the pulp falls down more easily, it means that fill material has better fluidity. According to this study, the best ratio of the fine grade railings content is 30 % in Jiaojia gold mine, and the suitable density of pulp is between 70 %- 75 %. With same density pulp when content ratio of jointing material and graded tailings is between 25 %- 30 %, the laboratory sample has the highest strength, therefore, the pulp density is 68 % in Jiaojia gold mine. The suitable volume ratio of classified demarcation railings, overfall railings and the railings jointing material is 70:20:10 or 70:15:15.
