摘要
通过对富硼渣冷却过程影响因素的分析,建立了富硼渣温度场数学模型,用FORTRAN语言开发了变物性富硼渣冷却过程温度场数值模拟程序,处理了凝固相变时的结晶潜热。并给出了富硼渣温度场模型计算结果。计算出的富硼渣冷却过程温度分布与生产试验测得的数据相比较吻合性好。用所开发的软件设计了富硼渣两段冷却制度的缓冷设备,确定了冷热渣配比及冷渣放置间距。
The temperature field model is built by means of analyzing the cooling process of boron-rich slag. The cooling process temperature numerical simulation program is developed with FORTRAN language and the calculated result of temperature field model is presented. The temperature distribution of the cooling process of boron-rich slag yielded by the model is closely inosculated with the data measured in production experiment. The temperature field model is valuable for design and construction of cooling industrial equipment of boron-rich slag. The slow cooling equipment with two cooling steps is designed with the developed software, by which the ratio of cooled slag and hot slag, as well as the space between of cooled slags placed, is determined.
