PID神经网络对VPSA制氧系统出口流量的控制

摘要 本文中VPSA制氧系统出口流量为双输入单输出非线性系统,难以建立确切的数学模型。但是其中一个输入端即缓冲罐压力可测且不控制其变化量,因此本文对PID神经网络结构进行改进,将其两个输入端增加到三个,使缓冲罐压力作为一个输入端,建立改进的PID神经网络控制器,通过调整网络的权值对调节阀开度调节,进而控制出口流量。 In this paper, the VPSA oxygen-conducting system is a nonlinear system with double inputs and single output, which can not be established a exact mathematical model. But one of the inputs can be measured and can not be controlled, it can be regarded as a input of PID neural network, so an improved PID neural network controller is established, which has three inputs instead of two inputs, and the output will be controlled through adjusting the coefficient.
