配合物催化法合成高纯甘油单硬脂酸酯

采用硼酸络合甘油做催化剂制备甘油单硬脂酸酯。试验了酯化反应时间、反应温度、物料比对产物的影响．甘油单硬脂酸酯含量达到98．5％，总产率为87．3％。

The monostearate was prepared using coordinated glycerins by boric acid as catalyst. Tke effect of time,temperature,the rate of material on product had been tried. The concent of glycerin monostearate reached 98. 5%,the total yield was 87. 3%.
