犬脑栓塞血浆u-PA和u-PAR变化的实验研究

摘要 目的观察犬脑栓塞前后血浆尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂(urokinase-type plasminogen activator,u-PA)和尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂受体(urokinase-type plasminogen activator receptor,u-PAR)的变化。方法自体动脉血凝固制备栓子,使用介入方法建立犬脑栓塞模型。观察栓塞前和栓塞后2h、3h血浆u-PA和u-PAR的变化。结果栓塞前和栓塞后2h、3h血浆u-PA和u-PAR水平差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论犬脑栓塞前和栓塞后3小时内血浆u-PA和u-PAR变化不明显。 Objective To study the changes of canines 'plasma levels of urokinase-type plasminogen activator (u-PA) and urokinase-type plasminogen activator receptor (u-PAR) during cerebral thromboembolism (CE). Methods A canine CE model was established through interventional radiology method by injection of auto artery blood thrombus into the canines' arterys which were prepared by the fresh blood in vitro. Detected canines' levels of plasma urokinase-type plasminogen activator (u-PA) and urokinase-type plasminogen activator receptor(u-PAR)before CE (Oh), 2 hours (2h) and 3 hours (3h) after CE. Results The plasma u-PA and u-PAR levels in canines before thromboembolism and after 2h and 3h of thromboembolism were no difference (P〉0.5). Conclusions The levels of plasma u-PA and u-PAR in canines before CE and within 3h of CE were no difference.
