摘要
目的小儿平喘泡腾片的制备方法筛选。方法采用正交试验法优选辅料配比,4种不同的方法制备小儿平喘泡腾片,从崩解度、溶解性、泡腾效果、外观等综合评价。结果采用粉末直接压片法和聚乙二醇包裹法制得的泡腾片各项评价指标均较好,但粉末直接压片法制得的片剂易吸潮。结论采用聚乙二醇包裹法制得的小儿平喘泡腾片质量符合规定。
Objective To select the preparation of Xiao'er Pingchuan effervescent tablets.Methods We selected the optimum adjuvant proportion by orthogonal test.Four methods were used to prepare Xiao'er Pingchuan effervescent tablets.The formulations were evaluated from disintegration,dissolution,effervescent effect and appearance.Results Xiao'er Pingchuan effervescent tablets prepared by powder tablet pressing and encapsulated by PEG proved better,but the tablets prepared by the first method were difficult to keep dry.Conclusion The quality of Xiao'er Pingchuan effervescent tablets prepared by encapsulation by PEG meets the quality standand.
